We shared the finished roof replacement earlier this week, but this section deserved its own highlight.

This area transitions from a steep pitch to a low slope, a spot that’s naturally more susceptible to leaks if it isn’t protected correctly. In this case, it also had multiple missing shingles from wind damage, which only increased the risk.

Our team installed ice & water shield and rebuilt this section properly to ensure long-term protection and better water flow.

Sometimes the small details make the biggest difference in preventing future leaks.
