Would you prefer some extra prenatal support, birth education or coaching but don't prefer an extra person on your birth team? I can help you along the way while you navigate important decision making processes, birth planning, resource finding and yoga if needed. And of course I’ll check in after your big day.

-Need childcare so you and yours can go out on a "babymoon" date? We can do that too. Our kids can play. The more the merrier! (Additional days available for additional fee).

+ PRENATAL YOGA SESSION/S
(1 per prenatal trimester depending on when we begin working together. May be video recording,video chat or during prenatal appt) Additional 6+ week Post partum yoga packages available upon request.

+PHYSICAL & EMOTIONAL SUPPORT at home, hospital, birthing center or wherever your call of the wild decides during active labor. (I can also assist with siblings for example home births.) We will be in communication the entire time and when I have delivered my own babies to trusted on call babysitters and you summons me I'll be on my way! I am a strong supporter of the special time between partners or solitude for the birther in the beginning of the big day for early labor. It can set a precedent for how the rest of your process unfolds �

+PHOTOGRAPHY: I can can capture your birth! (Referral to professional birth photographers would be according to their fee)

+AFTER BIRTH: Between 1-2 hours of extra love & assistance following the birth depending on your needs and wishes.

+MEAL TRAIN arranged so you can focus on healing and transitioning into your new family.

+POSTNATAL FAMILY VISIT
(Scheduled when you are up for visitors. But also remember, I can help with things like making sure you have been properly watered, rested and fed you beautiful Queen, you.) (Interested in PLACENTA PROCESSING? Not sure if it’s for you? We can chat. I will include processing in your package.) Imagine getting to sit back and kick up them beautiful ankles while you get some extra help pre and post birth.
