Started with driving in the screws on the shelves, sinking them in and filling the holes left behind. Caulked all the seams twice. Uninstall the codex cable, patched the hole in drywall left behind. Two coats of mud over the drywall repair, sanded then textured. Then finally primed the whole nook. Framed 2 inch trim around the nook. Filled in the holes around the trim first with spackle then bondo. Caulked the seams then painted it. Painted the glow in the dark mural then three coats of clear coat after the painting cured. Finally painted the mantle and two coats of clear coat on the mantle after that. Signed - “Ulery ‘24” when done. Really awesome project.

Our last exterior project of the season. As always we went above and beyond on the quality. Two days of pressure washing, one day for the deck and one day on the house plus detached garage. We trimmed back all the foliage on all four sides. A solid week of scraping and priming. Repaired some areas of rot on house and garage. Glued back together the original house numbers. 6 colors and a stain with (SUPER SHARP) lines especially with the red trim accent around the windows and doors. Truly enjoyed this last house of the season and now it is fully restored.
