We are seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in clearing land operating heavy machinery such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders. The operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment, performing routine inspections, and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times. Requirements
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
* Experience operating heavy equipment
* Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Willingness to work in all weather conditions
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
