Just another day.... An HVAC unit was removed from the building and it turned out there was some bad rotted wood from the area leaking over the years... We cut out and removed all the rotted wood and framed it back in and out new siding on to match and make it look like it was never there...

Customer needed insulation installed and drywall hung on the ceiling... Turns out the original joists were so far out of level (old plaster and lathe ceiling) the best option was to lower the ceiling a little and reframe the whole ceiling and to make it all level before installing drywall... So with a little help, we got it done today... Just need to do the mid work to get it ready for paint!

Recently a customer, turned friend, messaged me late one night about their tub leaking.. turns out the tub cracked and needed to be replaced...

So after squaring up the existing framework for the surround, using tub mortar to stabilize the tub, and installing a new surround we got the bathroom back to functional again for them

Recently removed what my customer called a "pirate ship" . It was a basically a ceiling island and counter top they didn't want anymore. Also installed new canless recessed lights and removed the old lighting and repaired the drop ceiling the best it could be repaired without replacing it completely. Also pieced in brick to match the current wall the best it could be.

The floor, countertops , and paint will be getting done at a later date

Just a little ceiling repair... The drywall above the drop ceiling broke loose and fell and damaged the the drop ceiling... So I removed the old broken drywall ceiling, the NASTY blown insulation, and the old ceiling tiles and grid... Installed new r19 fiberglass insulation, new drop ceiling grid and new tiles and canless recessed lights....
