Dear Valued Customer,
I wanted to personally inform you that I was recently involved in a vehicle accident, and my work truck is currently out of service. At this time, I am working with my insurance company as they evaluate the situation and determine the next steps for repair or replacement.
As a result, there may be a temporary delay in scheduled services. Please know that I am doing everything possible to resolve this quickly and resume normal operations.
