In construction you get what you pay for. There are no freebies in construction. I PROMISE YOU that there’s a reason the cheap guy is cheap so DIG IN to your pricing BEFORE you sign a contract.

Here’s a roundup of the vanities used in the Beach Park Mediterranean that had 9 bathrooms! There were so many bathrooms I didn’t even get photos of one of them. 🤪

This kitchen was so far ahead of it’s time from a design perspective. This build was done in 2022 but the kitchen is filled with all the things trending TODAY:

-Warm/mushroom color for the cabinets
-Dark stained wood island
-Bold countertop and backsplash
-Slim shaker style cabinets

The is one of my favorite projects to date because the house was so cool and the clients were equally amazing. 🤎

The was 6,400 square feet of historic Spanish Colonial beauty with NINE bathrooms! Here are some of my favorite moments (since IG has a limit of 20 shots for a carousel 😕) that captured so beautifully. 💛

P.S. His front shot was wide so that one is cropped to fit the vertical space (thanks again for your limits IG) and isn’t his full shot but I wanted a front photo first.

This historic Spanish Colonial built 100 years ago and restored this past year by an investor that brought me on to help design the 6,400 square foot space. With NINE BATHROOMS it’s my largest project so far. 🙌🏼
