This has been one of the most fun and challenging jobs we have tackled. An old farm house renovation. We installed (3) Trane 96% furnaces with heat pumps here and ran all new duct work. Also a steam humidifier. R&S takes pride in our work and are VERY happy to turn out a clean, neat, and efficient product! Lots of brains, sweat, and muscle in this one! Almost ready for outside units and the final touches here.

Today we tackled an oil fired boiler changeout. This original was extremely old, very heavy, and quite ancient. We removed the old beast, updated the water supply line to the boiler, and got the homeowner back up and running with a new Burnham unit. All in a days work! (Side note: the water stain under the new unit was from removal of the old system that hadn’t dried yet)

Scheduled a seasonal oil burner maintenance today, while servicing the unit, we discovered that there was no inline filter between the tank and the furnace. We added a filter, replaced the nozzle, igniter assembly, and internal strainer, cleaned the cad cell, and got the unit up and running and ready for winter!

Our customer today had an OLD gas furnace on its last leg with no AC. We removed it, replaced his main duct on top of the furnace, spun the furnace for serviceability, added AC, and ran a new vent line to one of the bedrooms on the second floor to get some more air up there. Another happy customer in the books. We’re headed back there next week to remove and rerun all the gas lines in the home! Give us a call, we can handle any HVAC project you have in mind! Here’s a couple of pictures from a new construction log cabin project we tackled for a local family. We designed a Rheem heat pump system to service the first floor and basement. We also decided that due to the lack of chaseways and to maintain the log cabin look inside, a dual head mini split system for the second floor was best!
