Another small bathroom remodel we done. Turned out great like always. Had some framing (extending a wall) , drywall, flooring, paint and plumbing. Plus a new barn style door. Small video to go alone with it. Give us a call if ya need any work done. These are before and after pictures. Also, we primed and painted the interior of the bathroom. We only primed the new outer bathroom wall. The customer is going to paint the outside of the new wall and the existing walls in the bedroom

This is some pictures from start to finish of an addition onto a home. The homeowner had the original deck built before we were involved, but they knew they wanted an addition there in the future so they went ahead and installed footers and a foundation. We built the roof over this portion a year or two ago, and we just recently finished the actual edition portion. The existing deck was fully closed into living space so we built another deck on the outside with new steps and also tying into the original deck on the right side of the home. We removed approximately 28 feet of exterior wall to open up a huge space. We had to install two 2’ LVL beams to support the load in that span.  Most of the New Edition is kitchen and we built the island which is semi custom because we used base cabinets and also had to do some fabrication as far as framing the entire back of the island and adding the Lauan skins and all of the decorative trims and the corbels for support of the gigantic butcher block top. There was so much work down here that I can’t even list it all, but it turned out to be very beautiful. We give much thanks to the customer for putting their trust in us and allowing us to do it.  We also installed James Hardie fiber cement siding on the exterior of the addition and it looks green, but that is how it comes primed and it will be painted when warmer weather arrives.
