We’re looking for motivated laborers to join our sealcoating and asphalt maintenance team for the 2026 spring season.
If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in quality work, and don’t mind getting your hands dirty, we want to hear from you!

Job Details:
Position: Sealcoating/Line Striping Laborer
Type: Full-time / Part-time / Seasonal
Pay: Competitive, based on experience
Location: Telford, PA

Responsibilities:
Help apply sealer to driveways and parking lots.
Assist with prep work: cleaning and edging
Assist with crack filling, line striping, and pot hole repair.
Operate basic equipment (blowers, w**d whackers, squeegees, sprayers etc.)
Maintain tools and job site cleanliness.
Follow safety and quality standards.

Requirements:
Must be reliable and punctual
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Able to work outdoors in heat and physical conditions
Previous experience in Sealcoating and/or Line Striping, a plus!
