Need an easy, healthy snack the whole family will actually eat?

Quail eggs are one of our favorites for exactly that. Boil them, peel them, add a little salt and your favorite seasoning, and you’ve got a simple little snack you can feel really good about. I like mine with salt and Sriracha.

Enjoy a minute of Ricky (our black drake - isn't he so handsome?) and his ladies snacking on some tasty mulberries. These mulberries fall from the tree before we can harvest them so we toss them through the fence.
