A finished basement is only as good as what’s behind the walls. 💧

Moisture control isn’t optional down here — it’s everything. Concrete holds moisture, temperature swings create condensation, and without the right system in place you’re just covering up a future problem.

That’s why we start with EPS rigid foam against the foundation walls to create a thermal break and help prevent condensation. On the floor, we install a DRICORE subfloor system to lift the finished surface off the concrete, allowing airflow and adding protection against ground moisture.

And to control the air itself? An ERV system to properly exchange stale, humid basement air with fresh, balanced air — helping regulate humidity and improve overall air quality.

Just finished refreshing this bedroom with a full wall repair and fresh coat of paint. The walls had several damaged and uneven areas, so we patched, skimmed, and smoothed everything out to create a clean, uniform surface. Once prepped, the room was primed and repainted, giving it a bright, modern, and much more polished look.

Just wrapped up a complete ceiling build-out and basement refresh for this homeowner. We started by removing the old faux-brick façade and outdated wall coverings, as well as taking out the original window units to prep the entire space for new Sheetrock.

The biggest part of the project was building a clean, seamless soffit system to conceal all exposed plumbing and mechanical pipes running across the ceiling. After framing around the lines, we installed new drywall throughout, taped, mudded, and sanded everything to create a smooth, modern finish.

What was once a cluttered, low-hanging ceiling full of visible utilities is now a clean, finished look ready for paint and trim. This upgrade completely transforms the space and sets the stage for the homeowner’s next phase of renovation.

This project shows how a full deck rebuild can completely transform both safety and usability. The old deck was removed down to the ground and rebuilt with brand-new piers for a stronger, longer-lasting structure. I designed a longer, smoother ramp for improved accessibility and added a new set of stairs on the opposite side, giving the homeowners easy and direct access to their HVAC system.

Previously, the clients couldn’t even walk around their deck without risking a fall down the hillside. Now, with the new layout, they can move up, over, and around the space with ease — and they’ll also be able to enjoy their morning coffee while looking down at the bubbling creek behind their home. The finished result is a clean, dependable, and highly functional upgrade that adds comfort, confidence, and value to their property.
