The Northern Rockies Fire Science Network recently published two new research briefs. One examines a case study on the redesign of federal prescribed fire training, with key findings for students, supervisors & course instructors. Another looks at wildland fire smoke as a vector for airborne microbes, including concentrations, transport & health implications.
