One of my professional goals for 2026 was to learn how to use a new rendering program to help my 3D models look more life like. I purchased the program earlier this month and am having so much fun learning how it works! Stay tuned for more 3D to come!

This is a project I have been working on for a client who is looking to build a 4 bed 3 bath custom home with an attached ADU. They wanted a couple of options to ponder over. I am still waiting to hear back but which would you prefer? Option A or Option B? 🙂

I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving! It has been a super busy end of November and start to December for D3! This is a project I have already shared the plans and elevations for, but I just received the 3D back as well and wanted to share the updates! I did not produce these 3D images, but I did design the plans and elevations they were created from. I will share some interiors as well early next week!

November has started out as busy as can be! This is a house that I have been working on for the past couple of weeks that is a reverse living situation. Garage is on the 1st floor, all bedrooms on the 2nd floor and the main living is upstairs on the 3rd floor. The lot it's being built on has some lovely views and the client wanted to make the most of them with this design! It's still in the design phase but I think it's going to be a wonderful home!

Happy start to Fall! This is a awesome Barndominium that I worked on a couple years ago that unfortunately wasn't built! Who knows, maybe someday it will!
