Do you want to let more natural light in your home to make your space feel bigger and brighter? Maybe replacing your front door is a good place to start! We replaced this half privacy glass door with a 3/4 glass door and it made a HUGE difference for this homeowner. As an added bonus, this door is fiberglass with a composite frame and trim so it will NEVER rot. We will be back in the near future to paint it!

We replaced this side entry door that had a badly rotted frame. The door was also installed backward with non-coated hinges and without tamper proof hinge pins, making it easy for anybody to knock the pins out to gain entry into house. We installed a brand new door assembly with frame and made the door open in.

This entire front porch had rotted wood so we tore all of it out. We jacked up the porch and rebuilt each column with a treated 4x4 sitting on a galvanized post base bracket so it does not make contact with the slab. Then we wrapped each post with 1x6 primed pine and skirted the base with 1x6 pvc to prevent rot at the bottom. All handrails were replaced with treated wood and allowed to dry for a few days before being painted. After everything was caulked and painted we came back to install aluminum powder coated balusters. This made a huge difference to curb appeal!

We installed this long run of livestock fence to help contain some pets. These are welded one piece panels, 4' tall and 16' long made of 4 gauge galvanized wire. They also make adapters to add a low voltage electric wire.

This exterior door had a LOT of rot around it. We cut a landing in the existing flooring to replace the bad subfloor and install waterproof LVP. Since the customer was getting a new door installed, we removed the old door to access and cut out the rotted section of rim joist. Once all bad wood was replaced, the door company came in to install their custom door. The final result turned out beautiful!

We took this dark, damp shower with no ventilation and transformed it into a bright space built with cultured marble. It now has a dedicated fan and LED overhead light. The original shower door was semi-frameless 3/16" glass. Now there is a frameless 3/8" heavy polished glass door. I know which one I would prefer to have 😎
