A portion of the plantation project is coming along.
Built walls, wrapped them in cypress. All exterior walls were rebuilt. Tore out all windows and sliding glass doors and replaced with new.
Put on fascia boards in cypress wood as well and wrapped it in 2 stage copper.
We even transplanted some trees for new view.
Lots still to do for completion of the many projects planned for here.

Lots of water damage to the flooring throughout this house.There were a few leaks that had to be fixed. Lots of moisture due to no v***r barrier underneath.replaced and laid flooring
We tore it all out, got the leaks fixed, v***r barrier down, set new piers, new floor joist, girder under wall, new subfloor, underlayment, and laid new flooring.

Added shiplap to this room and ready for paint!

Tore off 34 sq of shingles and replace with new!
Replaced damaged hardy board around the chimney.

Didn't get before pictures but replaced damaged sheets, ridge, rake trim, fascia and ridge that was damaged by a tree
