We’re going to say this plainly.

We’re a construction company — not a perfect one.

Mistakes happen. When they’re brought to our attention, we fix what’s ours within reason, and we do it the right way: direct communication, documentation, and a clear plan.

We’ll also own this: we’ve struggled with communication at times. That’s on us, and we’re tightening it up — clearer updates, clearer timelines, and better expectations. System driven. No excuses here.

Here’s the line, though:
If you have a problem, come to us and give us the chance to make it right.

If the move is repeated public bashing, exaggerations, telling us how to do our job, or pressure tactics online, that’s not how we operate — and we will fire you as a customer or severe ties and not think twice. Yes, you read that right!

We protect our team, our process, and the good clients who handle things like adults.

And for anyone watching from the sidelines: we’ve been doing this since 2021. We survived COVID, supply-chain chaos, and price swings — and we’re still here because we do good work for good people. We have 100s of customers.

We have plenty of satisfied customers and references who can speak to our craftsmanship, and how we handle problems when they come up. One loud negative post doesn’t represent our track record.

We’re not chasing volume. We’re building relationships.

If that’s what you are after then we’d love to work with you. If it’s not, no hard feelings — there are plenty of contractors out there.

Direct link to a post in comments if you are interested in the story or if you are one of our customers who was happy perhaps you'd express that.

This is how we make our living after all.

We’ve seen plenty of rot repairs that “looked good” for about five minutes. New trim, new caulk, fresh paint. Then the same corner swells, cracks, and fails again.
A real fix is a one-and-done because it’s honest about the problem:
• Remove the bad material until you’re back to solid wood
• Correct the moisture issue at the source
• Rebuild the trim, flashing, and seams the right way
If the before picture looks familiar, the after picture should last.
Want a repair that holds up? Let’s do it right the first time.

Closing day is coming fast, and the inspection list is not getting shorter on its own. The pressure is real. But here’s the trick: quick doesn’t have to mean sloppy.
Punch list work is all about momentum. Knock out the safety items first, then the function items, then the cosmetic details. When it’s handled in the right order, the whole deal moves smoother.
We keep the scope clear, the work tidy, and the communication tight so there are no surprises at the walkthrough.
Send the list. We’ll help you get it across the finish line.

Backsplash gaps and wavy lines usually aren’t a tile problem. They’re a prep problem.
Flat surfaces, good layout, and a patient install are what make it look effortless. If the wall is out, the tile will show it. If the layout is rushed, your eye will catch it every time you make coffee.
We slow down on the front end so you can enjoy the finish for years without that “something feels off” feeling.
Thinking about a backsplash refresh? Tell us what you’re working with and we’ll guide you.

A deck should feel rock-solid. If it bounces, creaks, or wobbles, it’s not “normal.”
Footings, connections, and water management are what make it feel right for years. The boards you see matter, but the structure you don’t see is what keeps it safe and steady through seasons of heat, rain, and real use.
We build decks to be the place everyone ends up, not the place everyone worries about.
If your deck doesn’t feel solid, let’s take a look before spring gets busy.

LVP is tough, but it’s not magic. If the subfloor isn’t flat and the gaps aren’t right, you’ll hear it, feel it, and eventually see it.
Prep is the real product. Flatness checks. Proper underlayment. Clean transitions. Correct spacing at walls and doorways so the floor can move the way it’s designed to move.
When LVP is installed right, it feels quiet and solid. When it isn’t, it turns into clicks, bounce, and gaps you can’t ignore.
Want LVP that feels rock-solid? Let’s start with the prep plan.

Need more space but love your location? A garage addition can be the smartest move.
The key is making structure, layout, and utilities play nice together from day one. If the plan is right, the build goes smoother and the finished space feels like it belongs.
Whether it’s extra parking, storage, a workshop, or future living space, we start by getting clear on how you want to use it, then we build around that function.
Tell us what you need the space to do and we’ll talk options.

If your porch trim feels squishy, that’s not “just a little wear.” That’s rot, and rot is water’s way of saying, “I’ve been here awhile.” Most of the time, the damage you can see is only the front edge of the problem.
The real fix is not a quick patch and fresh paint. It’s cutting back to solid wood, rebuilding clean, and dialing in the details that keep water out.
If you’re seeing soft spots, peeling paint, or staining near the base of a column, it’s worth catching early. Small rot is a repair. Big rot turns into a rebuild.
Tell us what you’re seeing and we’ll help you map the next step.

Quick definition: an ADU is a small, self-contained living space on your property. Think guest suite, space for family, or a rental.
When it’s planned right, it’s flexible space that actually pays off. But the win is not just “extra square footage.” The win is options. A place that can shift with your life without forcing you to move.
If you’re thinking ADU, the right first step is understanding what’s possible on your lot and what it needs to feel like a real home.
Tell us what you want the ADU to be used for and we’ll help you think it through.

Rot repair is a lot like a leaky roof. If you only treat what you can see, you’ll be back here again. The board gets replaced, the paint looks great, and the same spot fails next season.
We look for the moisture path first. Where is water getting behind the trim? Is it a flashing issue, a seam that never got sealed right, or a transition detail that’s letting water ride the wall?
Then we fix the cause, replace what’s damaged, and rebuild it so it sheds water the way it’s supposed to. That’s how you stop repeat performances.
If you’ve repaired the same spot twice, let’s find the “why.”
