We’re going to say this plainly.
We’re a construction company — not a perfect one.
Mistakes happen. When they’re brought to our attention, we fix what’s ours within reason, and we do it the right way: direct communication, documentation, and a clear plan.
We’ll also own this: we’ve struggled with communication at times. That’s on us, and we’re tightening it up — clearer updates, clearer timelines, and better expectations. System driven. No excuses here.
Here’s the line, though:
If you have a problem, come to us and give us the chance to make it right.
If the move is repeated public bashing, exaggerations, telling us how to do our job, or pressure tactics online, that’s not how we operate — and we will fire you as a customer or severe ties and not think twice. Yes, you read that right!
We protect our team, our process, and the good clients who handle things like adults.
And for anyone watching from the sidelines: we’ve been doing this since 2021. We survived COVID, supply-chain chaos, and price swings — and we’re still here because we do good work for good people. We have 100s of customers.
We have plenty of satisfied customers and references who can speak to our craftsmanship, and how we handle problems when they come up. One loud negative post doesn’t represent our track record.
We’re not chasing volume. We’re building relationships.
If that’s what you are after then we’d love to work with you. If it’s not, no hard feelings — there are plenty of contractors out there.
Direct link to a post in comments if you are interested in the story or if you are one of our customers who was happy perhaps you'd express that.
This is how we make our living after all.
