Many of our projects are like-in-kind re-built decks when framing rots out beyond repair. Unlike many of the decks we have to re-build, our framing is always with good quality pressure treated lumber and galvanized hardware and fasteners and we always apply waterproofing membrane to our beams to prevent water pe*******on.
