Finished up another mold remediation with a clean out added on. Customer wanted all the duct work removed due to the new system they were getting is going to be ran through the attic. This wood was almost black when we started and covered with mold!

Finished up a job in Fitzgerald! Started with a mold remediation and you can clearly see the difference in the joist in the photos! They were basically brought back to life! After that we installed an encapsulation and man did it come out great!

This crawlspace started with a mold remediation to kill and remove all the existing mold and then was fully encapsulated with a commercial grade dehumidifier to make sure we are efficiently pumping out all moisture from the humidity under the house! This process ensures mold cannot grow! Mold takes three things to grow- moisture, temperature and a food source. Take one of these away and mold cannot survive!

Finishing up a house in Augusta, GA. Started with pulling all the insulation out to the owners request. Then the floors were layed and sealed. We also added in a sump pump installment as there was standing water in one corner of the house, and have the dehumidifier up and running at 45% +/- 3 to ensure no mold growth.

Wrapped up and encapsulation in Clyo, Ga and man did it come out great.

After taking all the old insulation out and treating for mold, we got the drainage mat installed to make sure any moisture flows to the sump pump. Then the fun part finally happened and we got it all wrapped up with 20 mil reinforced liner and a commercial dehumidifier installed.
