North Texas Municipal Clerks Association NTMCA is a chapter of the Texas Municipal Clerks Association. NTMCA is a Chapter of the Texas Municipal Clerks Association, Inc. (TMCA).

The North Texas Municipal Clerks Association (NTMCA) is comprised of more than 100 dedicated professionals who work for a Municipality in North Texas. We provide an excellent networking opportunity for both the novice and experienced Municipal Clerk. Our organization is not limited to Municipal Clerks. Our membership includes professionals that work with records management, human resources, Munici

pal Court, legislative issues, building operations and the City Manager's Office. Mission Statement:
*To promote professionalism, education, integrity, ethics, teaming, and empowerment to the members.
*To be role models to other Chapters across the State.
*To contribute to the success of individual Clerks and the cities/towns they represent.

Congratulations, Aimee!!

🏆 Congratulations to Aimee Nemer, City Secretary for the City of Richardson, on receiving the prestigious Linda Keithley Award for Women in Public Management!

Presented on June 12, 2026 at the North Central Texas Council of Governments' Annual General Assembly Meeting, this award recognizes an outstanding woman in public management from the North Central Texas region who exemplifies integrity, dignity, poise, loyalty, commitment, and dedication in service to the public.

Aimee was nominated for this honor by Shelley George, City Secretary for the City of Allen; a wonderful gesture of support between colleagues and a testament to the spirit of collaboration within our clerk's community.

Aimee is only the third City Secretary in the award's 40-year history to receive this honor; a remarkable achievement that reflects her exceptional contributions to the profession and the community she serves.

Established in 1986 by NCTCOG, the Linda Keithley Award honors the legacy of Linda Keithley's 17 years of dedicated service and the highest standards of public management.

We had a great time yesterday at the NTMCA meeting hosted in Decatur!

Thank you to everyone who attended and helped make it such a success. We enjoyed connecting, sharing ideas, and hearing valuable information from Murray with JustFOIA. A special thank to everyone who contributed to making the day run smoothly.

We also had the pleasure of celebrating a very special milestone—congratulations again on a well-deserved retirement!

Looking forward to seeing everyone at the next meeting!
