1. Pressure washing and degreasing of the entire asphalt surface: This removes all dirt, debris, chemical spills, and oil stains to ensure proper adhesion of the crack filler and sealcoating materials. Leaving beautiful long-lasting results.

2. Hot crack filling on any crack ranging from a 1/4 inch to 1.5 inches wide: This helps by preventing moisture getting under the surface which leads to more cracking and further deterioration of the asphalt, hot crack filling is essential to extend the lifespan of your driveway.

3. Premium eco-friendly sealcoating: We take the time to carefully cut in all boarders by hand to prevent sealant from spreading onto any unwanted areas (garage doors, stairs, pavers, etc.). We then apply two coats of our premium sealcoat material leaving your driveway with a flawless, uniform, deep black finish. Our material contains 0% PAH and extremely low VOC making it odorless and safe for people, animals, and the environment.

4. Final Cure and Quality Check: Once the sealant has been applied it takes 24 hours for foot traffic and 48 hours for vehicles to ensure a proper cure time. A final walkthrough is done for quality control and then aftercare instructions are sent to the client.
