Construction starting on a project in Catalina Vista neighborhood: New 660 SF guest house with 500 SF garage and 220+ SF addition and remodel to the main house built in 1949.

Proud to have one if my recent custom home projects on the Sam Hughes Home Tour yesterday. Energy efficient construction, great open courtyard and a 2000 SF mancave connected with a high porch roof.

Tierras Dulces custom home project 80% finished. Visit today inspired me to share amateur phone camera shots. Purple color grows on me as the house blends in with the desert. Interior cabinets, countertops and landscaping coming soon.

University area update of 1960 apartment complex. Creative design and detailing from builder helped make this a great collaboration project. Old roof removed over kitchen/living space and replaced with exposed trusses and clerestory windows. Complete code upgrades for each unit as well. Photo credit: Phil Chavanne
