There is a quiet myth in real estate that staging is simply a step to complete. Add furniture, fill the empty rooms, check the box, move on.
But staging done without intention is not neutral. It can work against the sale.
A buyer does not separate the home from how it is presented. Every choice in a space either raises their sense of its value or lowers it. Furniture alone does not do that. Thoughtful positioning does.
We do not stage homes to decorate them. We stage them to position them, with the result in mind, because a home is a financial asset first and an emotional experience second.
Every detail, with intention.
