Another investment property equals another list of work! Just a couple of many pre-made window casings with extension jambs attached! This year our company goal is to at least double our output on properties we work on along with getting back to the custom woodworking catagory! We loved working with this group of professionals.

Can't wait to do it again!

We just closed on this condo! This one definitely took me a step out of my comfort zone, it took a little bit of vision and confidence knowing the market to make this profitable as a flipper.

Not only did I buy this upside down as a duplex, but in order to convert this I had to add sewer laterals, water lines, reroute some plumbing and do a few other things.

Every time I close on a flip or property, I am reminded of many great people I have around me who help me along the way.
