This was an old rundown bathroom that had been home to a squirrel or two (I forgot the before pictures again). We demo'd the old flooring and sealed underneath the room to stop squirrels from entering. We also moved the shower and toilet to make it a lot more open than before. Nice!

Check this out! This homeowner has lived here for nearly 70 years, since she was 7! As a birthday present, her children wanted to remodel her bathroom. We broke into a wall and added some square footage for a bigger bathroom. This turned out beautiful!

I failed to take before pictures. This bathroom was another small farmhouse bathroom. Its walls and shower were constructed of 1" concrete and tile overlay. We removed all of that and replaced it with new drywall and a fiberglass shower insert. It turned out nice!

This was a bit of a bigger project. Subfloor and floor joists were rotted underneath old shower and tub. We tore down a few walls and added a new closet and toilet room, with matching cedar barn doors, cedar closets, and cedar cabinets in the laundry room. Beautiful!

Our latest project!

We started off this job assuming the subfloor was in tip-top shape but soon realized most of it had been rotted from tub/shower leaks and moisture from under the home. Moisture barrier had been recently placed under the house and we made necessary repairs to the floor. We completely gutted the existing tub/shower unit and floor and started fresh with a new waterproofed tile floor throughout the entire bathroom. Finally, we expanded the shower partition wall out to accommodate a 4 ft x 5 ft walk-in shower and 4 ft bench. Beautiful!
