This project started with a challenge many homeowners face — a very large upstairs bedroom that felt underutilized, paired with a dated bathroom, limited closet space, and a single vanity that just didn’t meet everyday needs.

What began as a simple conversation turned into a hand-sketched idea, which evolved even further once demo revealed new opportunities. From there, we were able to thoughtfully re-layout the space and transform it into a functional, intentional retreat.

How did we get to THIS 💫

This sweet family had just moved in and knew they needed to address a few things right away. We kept the original footprint and completely transformed the space, start to finish:

✔️ Removed the tub and converted it to a full walk-in shower
✔️ Custom tile shower with built-in niche and marble trim detail
✔️ New tile flooring in a classic marble pattern
✔️ Custom vanity cabinetry matched to the existing linen cabinet
✔️ New lighting, mirrors, hardware, and warm brass fixtures
✔️ Fresh paint to lighten and open the room. Love the green!
✔️ Glass shower enclosure for a clean, spacious feel

The process was well-communicated from day one — expectations were set, timelines were clear, and selections were dialed in, which made this project a complete success for everyone involved.

✨ Guest Bathroom Before & After Transformation! ✨

We kept the existing base cabinet but completely revived it with a fresh stain and updated hardware. Pairing it with a lighter countertop instantly brightened the space, and the new gold faucet and sconces add the perfect touch of warmth and elegance.

And we have to say… we absolutely loved the green. The updated wallpaper adds a bold, modern pattern that completely redefines the room and brings new life compared to the original dark red print. Yes — wallpaper has come full circle, and the options today are endless!

From old-world tones to crisp lines and luxe finishes — this refresh is a reminder that small spaces can make a big impact.

Just in time for all of the upcoming family gatherings, we’re excited to share this incredible kitchen makeover.

From the very beginning, we approached this project knowing the kitchen is the *heart of the home*—the place where everyone naturally comes together. We wanted to create a space that’s both beautiful and highly functional for everyday living *and* effortless hosting.

Here’s what we focused on:

💛 **A true gathering space** – We incorporated a generous seating area, making the island an inviting place for family and friends to sit, visit, and be part of the cooking experience.

🌿 **Bigger, brighter views** – The windows were enlarged and upgraded to casement style, allowing fresh air to fill the space and giving a clearer connection to the outdoors.

🔥 **A focal-point oven wall** – We designed the range and hood wall to be the showpiece of the kitchen, grounding the space with symmetry and style.

🧁 **A purposeful butler’s area** – Perfect for additional storage, entertaining essentials, seasonal serving pieces, and social flow during gatherings.

🌲 **Refinished wood floors** – To complete the transformation, the floors were restored to bring warmth, richness, and continuity throughout the home.

✨ One of our favorite parts of every remodel is the process—walking into a dated or underutilized space and thoughtfully reimagining it to maximize both design and function. This transformation truly reflects that vision.
