Bedroom door looking ruff after a run-in with some playful pups? 🐶🚪

At The Reverend of Renovation Handyman, we repaired this scratched-up bedroom door—sanding out the damage, restoring the surface, and leaving it smooth, sturdy, and looking good as new. No need to replace the whole door when a faithful fix will do!

After a few months of being sidetracked with other jobs, I finally found some time to finish up this small shed build project for my in-laws. From ground prep and forming to pouring the concrete pad and installing the shed, this small project came together step by step the right way.

Today I had the honor of helping a sweet 99-year-old woman in Mount Dora, FL with an unexpected issue in her laundry room. She had no idea her dryer vent had come loose, and the heat from the dryer ended up causing the faces and backs of her cabinets to separate.

We removed the damaged cabinets, installed new ones, and securely reattached the dryer vent so everything is safe and functioning again. She was so relieved to have her laundry space back in order!

This is a great reminder to check and clean your dryer vents regularly — built-up heat and lint can cause real problems over time.

I don’t offer dryer-vent cleaning, but it’s still something everyone should keep an eye on!
