* Ability to follow direction
* Can work independently AND as a team

* Willing and ready to learn new skills/techniques

We aren't just looking for someone to be an employee, we are looking for a team member, someone who enjoys carpentry, who enjoys building and fixing homes. Someone who will be part of the TEAM and part of our DREAM.
