I often pass by this residence and have been trying to meet the occupant. Despite leaving a flyer on Saturday, I didn't receive a response. Today, I saw a Stanley Steamer vehicle and decided to stop by. The homeowner had a small pressure washer outside the garage, which gave me the opportunity to approach him. I asked what he planned to do with it, and he said he was going to do some rinsing. I mentioned that the pressure washer wasn't suitable for that task and offered my assistance. He accepted, asked about the price, and then asked when I could start. Given my proximity to the location, I was able to begin work immediately. The results are visible in the pictures. We had a great conversation and it was a win-win for both of us.
