Sometimes a client is just a client. Other times a client can become like family.

Over the last year we made several stops by this home in Powell for a wide range of repairs and updates. During those visits we really got to know this family on a personal level. That made it all the more worthwhile for us in seeing their excitement as we helped bring their house back to life after 20 years and a few kids.

Colors:

Trim and doors: Pure White SW7005
Stain: Dark Cherry w/ Amber clear coat

Scope
Painted all walls trim and doors on the first floor
Re-stained stair railings and custom storage chest
Fixed a lot of drywall
Replaced several light fixtures including chandelier
Installed double tier crown molding in living room and kitchen

This summer we had a great opportunity to freshen up the appearance of the Scioto Boat Club. One of the oldest leased properties in Columbus was in desperate need of a fresh coat of paint and we were happy to oblige.

We spent a great deal of time powerwashing, scraping and grinding away the old failed paint off to ensure the new coating lasts.

Lots of mortar and caulk.

The brick and stone received 2 coats of SW Loxon Self-Cleaning Masonry paint that will keep this place looking great for years to come.

Lastly, we painted the shutters Commodore Blue and freshened up the front entryway.

We recently finished up a full exterior paint job on this lovely Lewis Center home. We kept it simple but still added some pop with a 3 color scheme on the front.

We may be a bit biased but we love a good ranch! We recently overhauled this Westerville home's exterior with some minor repairs and an updated paint scheme.

Out with the old and in with the new:
We took this faded tan siding to a cool neutral gray
Swapped out the dark green gutters and trim with a clean white look
Incorporated dark blue accents around the windows and on the garage door
Cleaned up the shed in a matching color scheme
Finally, we spiced up the fresh white entryway with a Parakeet Green front door

Here at Curb Appeal we love changing things up! We flip flopped this Powell home's current color scheme and incorporated darker accents to compliment their new front door.

For this project we:
Thoroughly powerwashed the exterior and deck
Applied mortar based stucco caulk to fix cracks and fractures
Repaired minor trim damage and caulked gaps and cracks
Sprayed and backrolled 2 coats of Sherwin Williams Loxon XP masonry paint on the stucco
Brushed and rolled 2 coats of SW Duration Paint to the cedar trim and siding
Sprayed 2 coats of SW Duration onto the shutters, gutters and garage door
Brushed and rolled 2 coats of SW Superdeck onto the deck face and railings
Freshened up the She-Shed to match the home's new color scheme

We recently kicked off the outdoor season with a facelift on this house in the Powell area!

For this project we replaced a little over 100ft of cedar trim boards around various windows and the garage door.

After some serious scraping and caulking we painted all trim and window frames with 2 coats of Sherwin Williams Super paint.

Unfortunately, our wonderful clients decided against our electric green color suggestion and went with a slightly darker gray that turned out great!

Tired of your boring tan stucco? Perhaps you have some unsightly stains? We can help with that!

We really enjoyed embracing the 2020 color trends and as you can see gray was a big hit this year!

All of these homes received 2 coats of Sherwin Williams super paint applied with a sprayer then back-rolled for a paint job that will last.

Lighter color trims created great contrast and in many cases flip-flopped homes current color schemes for a more modern look.

It’s officially interior painting season!

Here’s a look at one of our past projects in Lewis Center. 2 coats of Super Paint on the ceiling, foyer, living room, lower bar area and upper hallways. We took this house from warmer tones to more modern neutral colors.

We had the privilege of painting this awesome home to close out the 2020 outdoor season!

This project included:
Pressure washing all surfaces prior to painting
Extensive caulking of all gaps and seams
One coat of Sherwin Williams Emerald Exterior Paint on siding, trim, deck railings and garage doors
One coat of Sherwin Williams Super Deck on barn posts

We took the shingle siding two shades darker and contrasted it with a fresh coat of white on the trim and vertical siding

Barn posts were stained with a transparent oil based stain to preserve the woods natural appearance

The barn doors were matched to the siding color and the trim boards matched to the new metal roof and gutters for another high contrast accent
