SPENCER & BLOOMINGTON: I need your honest take on something. 🛠️
For years, our Bi-Annual Remnant Sale has been a staple at Quality Surfaces. It’s how we clear out high-end stone at 50% off and help you finish those smaller home projects.
But I’ll be honest with you—since the world changed a few years ago with covid, we’ve seen a shift. We’re spending more on advertising the sale, but fewer people are walking through the doors to take advantage of it. Between the logistics and the labor, it’s becoming a "high-headache, low-return" event for our team.
I’m seriously considering retiring the Remnant Sale for good.
Before I make that call, I wanted to give you a chance to weigh in. Is this a tradition worth keeping? Or have you found better ways to shop for your smaller stone projects?
