A transformation is well underway, and I wanted to give A transformation in progress, final results coming soon. Weaving some solid white oak hardwood flooring, sanded and finished the floors. Installing new baseboards, window and door casing, painting, repairing some Anderson casement windows, bathroom remodeling, kitchen renovation, recessed lights, hanging pendant lights, can't wait for the final results on this project. Love it when a client gives me a blank canvas and with her vision we bring everything together to bring her vision to life. a little progress update on this interior renovation project.

So far, we have repaired and woven new solid white oak hardwood flooring into the existing floors, then sanded and finished everything to create a seamless look. One bathroom is now complete, and we are continuing to make great progress throughout the home.

Current work includes installing new baseboards, window and door casing, painting, repairing Andersen casement windows, bathroom remodeling, kitchen renovations, recessed lighting, and hanging new pendant lights.

Projects like this are always exciting because every phase brings the homeowner's vision closer to reality. I love it when a client gives me a blank canvas and trusts us to help bring their ideas to life. Working together to transform a home and see everything come together is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do.

We still have more work ahead of us, but the results are already impressive. I can't wait to share the finished project with everyone. Stay tuned for the final reveal.

Good Morning and Happy Memorial Day🇺🇸

We hope everyone enjoys a wonderful weekend spent with family, friends, and honoring those who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.

This week we ran into a small challenge matching existing hardwood flooring that is nearly 40 years old. Years of neglect and improper temperature and humidity control had taken a toll on the flooring, making the repair process a little more involved. Fortunately, one of the greatest advantages of solid hardwood flooring is its ability to be restored. With proper sanding and refinishing, old hardwood floors can be brought back to life and customized with the stain color of your choice.

Unlike luxury vinyl flooring, solid hardwood flooring can add lasting value to your home and, when properly installed, helps strengthen the subfloor structure as well. It's a flooring investment that can be refinished and enjoyed for generations.

Another project completed by Burgwald Remodeling!

This recent deck and steps replacement was a small project with a big transformation. The existing deck had simply reached its life expectancy after years of use and exposure to the elements.
