2. What waterproofing method is included?
3. Are valve or drain changes part of the scope?
4. Does the work stop at the wet area, or include flooring, paint, vanity and transitions?
5. Who handles glass, permits and specialty trades when they are required?

A focused replacement may be right when the existing layout and surrounding room work. A larger rebuild may be right when layout, water management, accessibility or concealed conditions need attention. The useful comparison is not “fast versus slow”—it is what the project actually includes.
