Sometimes you have to work backwards to move forward. We had to install a 6 x 24 x 36 foot glulam to support the open floor plan before we can demo some badly cracked concrete.

The hidden surprises,better known as the unforeseen you come across when you overex a 70 yr old building site.
4 Seepsge pits, 2 - 1500 gallon tanks scattered across the building site and we managed to find them all. Sometimes you can fill them with dirt or slurry. Sometimes you have to pull them out. Minor setback but we keep pushing forward. On to the next Phase!!
