To Our Valued Customers
We want to sincerely apologize for any concern, inconvenience, or frustration caused over the past week or two. This was due to unexpected technical issues and staffing changes. Our phone and communication systems have been down and we have been unable to respond to calls or messages.
Unfortunately, I have also not had the permissions needed to post updates on our page since the recent staffing changes. I’ve been working diligently to regain access so I can communicate directly here, and I’m hopeful. This message is reaching the right place.
Please know that we are absolutely still in business. For over 17 years, since 2007, we’ve been proudly serving this community and we plan to continue doing so for many more years to come.
Our systems are expected to be fully operational by end of day, August 11th. We will be reaching out to everyone who has tried to contact us to return calls, answer questions and get you updated as your projects continue moving forward.
