When designing this primary bathroom for a 1930s Colonial home, our goal was simple: maximize functionality, durability, and storage while preserving the home’s timeless character.

Every tile selection was made with intention—from large-format porcelain walls that minimize grout maintenance to classic basketweave flooring that adds texture and tradition. The result is a space that feels rooted in the home’s history while performing for modern family life.

Beautiful spaces should work as hard as they look.
