Just delivered this custom dining table and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out!

Swipe through the pictures and you can see how it all came together. The table features a race-track shaped fluted pedestal base. Yes, I cut, sanded, and routed corners on every one of those 130 Cherry strips! The soft radius corners on the solid Cherry table top draw you right in and eliminate hard corners which will make this table safer for the little ones. Every detail was crafted by hand in my New Jersey shop before making its way to its new home in Nutley, NJ

There’s something special about creating a table that will be at the center of family dinners, celebrations, conversations, and everyday moments for years to come.

Delivered to Brooklyn this morning.

This custom 9’ x 52” white oak tabletop was built on a one-week turnaround for a client’s new office space. I had to pull some overtime over the past week to get it completed in time, but I got it done! Thanks to , I was able to get a high-quality finish applied in a short time frame.

The base originally supported a marble top and was brought over from Portugal when the client relocated to Brooklyn. The marble didn’t make the move, so they needed a new top built specifically to fit the existing base and the new space.

Now it has a second life as a collaborative workstation for their team.

I’m excited and relieved to see it in place and ready to use!

I’m very excited to share this custom walnut dining table and bench set that I just finished. These pieces are built with solid walnut that was carefully selected for grain and color. Big thanks to for supplying the live-edge book-matched slabs and lumber.

First delivery of the New Year! I delivered this stout White Oak dining table to a young family in Branchburg, NJ. The table measure 8’ long x 44’’ wide. The whole table is built with solid White Oak and the weight of it definitely reflects it that! This table was truly built to last for generations.

The design was pretty straightforward for me. It took a little experimenting to get the color just right, but with a combination of water-based dye and stains we landed on the perfect color for my clients.

I’ve happy to have this table set up at its new forever home!

Delivered this custom White Ash kitchen table to a wonderful couple in Chester, NY, yesterday. It was extra special because they happen to be the parents of one of my clients that I built a massive dining table for back in April. My client saw her daughter’s table and was inspired to reach out to me about a custom kitchen table. We even ended up using the same wood and stain for the table top.

After an in-person meeting at my shop and a few texts, all of the details for the table were ironed out and it was time to build. This table is similar to a couple other tables I’ve built in the past, but the new challenge here was creating an oval-shaped apron for under the table. This seemingly minor aspect of the table actually took a quite a bit of time as there were many steps involved. I definitely learned a lot about bent laminations and have some new tricks up my sleeve for future projects!

I’m very grateful to my clients for trusting me to bring their vision to life, and I’m very excited to report that they’ve already commissioned an additional matching side table for the kitchen, which I’ll start building in 2026!

Delivered this modern entryway console to a very nice couple in Randolph, NJ yesterday. They were very happy to have it delivered before hosting their big family for Thanksgiving this week!

I built the table with White Ash, and created the thick proportions by mitering the edges of the wood to form hollow “boxes” for the legs and a waterfall edge on all four sides of the table top. I’m really happy with how it came together and love how the grain shows through the light finish. It’s the perfect statement piece for when you enter their home.

They were thrilled to see the finished piece in person and were so happy with the color they chose. I’m very excited to be building a coffee table for them next and possibly a mirror to go above this table!

Just delivered the biggest build of my career: a 16’ long x 52” wide custom dining table, which is now perfectly at home at this absolutely stunning new home in Denville, NJ. The moment my customers were able to see the table finally come to life in their space was nothing short of magical. They told me this was the most exciting project of the house so far, and I’m incredibly honored to bring their vision to life.

We worked together through an in-person meeting and follow-up conversations to come up with this base and stretcher design, which echoes the arched motifs that are seen throughout the house.

This was a really special milestone for my business and I’m very grateful to my customers for entrusting my one-man furniture studio with such an undertaking. Hope they enjoy making many new memories with family and friends with this one-of-a-kind statement piece!

I’m very excited to share the start of my biggest custom table commission of my entire woodworking journey! Last week I began building the base for a 16’ x 52” dining table going to Denville, NJ.

After building the three bases last week, I built a 14’ long stretcher which was a fun challenge! I had to glue up 5 pieces of wood together get the thickness and length, but I’m really happy with how it turned out.

In preparing to assemble the two 8’ L table tops that will make up the top, I had to build some quick “sawhorses” that are the same height as my large workbench and just as strong! Scroll to the last photo and let me know if I over-engineered them! 😂I’m excited to get started on the table tops next week!
