Many older homes in our area have floors that are old hard pine with no subfloor and a shellac finish. Here's one located in Evansville's Akin Park neighborhood where the customer pulled the carpet and found the finish had worn off almost completely. We stripped the remaining finish and restored its color, seal and shine. And with no sanding!

Recently saved this floor in Sebree, KY. We did an aggressive wet screening, removing and brightening much of the dark areas, then color tinted to blend and finished with our hybrid polyurethane topcoat in a satin sheen. Quick, no mess and always less expensive than sanding!
