KEY OBJECTIVE FOR THIS POSITION (Landscape Crew Team Member):
As a Landscape Crew Team Member you will be working under direct supervision as part of a team to maintain and enhance the functional & aesthetic appearance of our clients yards and landscapes by performing key landscape maintenance and installation services.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION:
Follow and execute directions from Team leader
Work safely and efficiently, utilizing correct techniques to produce the highest quality work possible while keeping within production schedules.
Obtain and maintain a good understanding of job expectations
Maintain client properties while competently, proficiently and efficiently performing a variety of tasks which may include any combination of the following:
- Lawn mowing - edging - string trimming
- Spring clean ups
- Fall clean ups
- Trimming of shrubs/bushes
- Planting bed clean up - weeding - cultivating - spading
- Mulch installation
- Landscape installation -- (plants, hard-scapes, ornamental features)
REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
1 year experience working for a landscape company
Experience working with commercial equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc
Drivers license (Class "C" is a plus)
