BIG GREEN EGG demonstration month at Ken Rash's starts September 12th. We are gonna start with hamburgers and hot dogs. This will be a demonstration of direct heat grilling; what it looks like, how to maintain temperature, and what to do before and after a cook. Grill lighting will be at 10:30 a.m.

September 19th will feature indirect cooking methods on the BGE. Longer, slower cooks. But not too long. And not to give away the game but St. Louis might be involved.

Mr. Egghead will be assisting Jake each week.
