AC unit went out during this Heat wave in SoCal. We were able to jump on it and install a 3 1/2 ton system with all new ducting, electrical, etc etc,

Somebody wanted cheap and affordable. This is what you get. You need to hook up the Secondary drain for it to work as it’s supposed to. Primary drain was clogged underneath sink and pouring into the drain pan in attic. Water poured out and damaged ceiling and floor.

21 year old ICP unit. Changed contactor, cut and re-stripped Wires, installed new capacitor and hard start kit. Unit now working fine. It’s been two weeks and unit is still cooling. Previous company wanted to change out furnace, coil and condenser.
