Outside lanai conversion adding 300 sq ft AC.
Original flooring was discontinued so we had to improvise. We found a floor that owner liked and did a nice herringbone install. Built up the slab, flooring, drywall, large windows with a center fixed glass, 8 ft full light door, and trim. 💯 Another super happy client and quality job!!

This laundry room is functional and beautiful. Client selected 42" tall cabinets finished with crown. The countertop is a white clean granite with a farmhouse sink. We made custom drawers to go above the washer and dryer for extra storage. This was the best solution for the hot and cold drain lines located above the machines. It was finished off with blue subway tile.

We built a custom platform and secured (6) 42" wall cabinets to that base. We used wall cabinets as our base because they are only 12" deep. This will give the client lots of storage without taking up too much walking space in the hallway! Custom floating shelves, nickel gap panel boards, and 3/4 birch plywood stained to perfection for the countertop!

1. Wall was created for privacy and to create a focal point for the grill area
2. L-shaped kitchen houses grill, sink, beverage cooler, and trash can pull out.
3. Beautiful granite slab was selected for countertops.
4. Stone was picked for the face of the entire unit.

We closed up this lanai creating a privacy wall and a tile backdrop for a hoodvent. Space was limited and the sliders were at the edge of the house, but we still made it happen with this creative outdoor kitchen layout! Adding 12 ft insulated panels off the house getting them out of the sun and weather with ceiling fans stretching across the entire house! We finished the floors with french pattern travertine.

A homeowner reached out to us, complaining that no one would even show up to give a estimate. Job to small I guess. Client hated, the space as it was not functional and the countertops were not level with each other.

We removed the countertop, drawer, and couple rows of backspalsh. Installed a cabinet with a beverage wine cooler. The countertop is now the same as rest of kitchen. She could not be happier.

Out with the old and in with the new. 2015 VS 2023. Another happy client!
