😍East Grand Rapids Addition is complete!! We are extremely pleased with the turn out on this one!

2,200sqft was added onto this house, while close to 1,500sqft of the existing home was remodeled. We pushed out their kitchen and created a large space for family gatherings and entertainment. Added a 12’x 26’ four season right off the kitchen with a walk out Trex deck completely waterproof underneath. On the upstairs we added a complete master suite off the kitchen and garage entrance. With two massive his and her separated closets. Full curbless custom tiled shower. Their stairwell was relocated into the heart of the house, leading to a complete add on and remodel of the basement. Adding a large shared bathroom and bedroom. Lastly a walk out cement patio below the four season and deck completely waterproof and ready to enjoy.

Employees like Rob are what makes companies like ours successful! Over the course of these two years Rob has become quite the skilled tradesman. From cutting tile, trimming homes, painting(which is not his favorite), and much more, rob has become a great addition to our team!

Meet Andy, Dad, Papa, and our Jedi Master of construction. Andy has over 30 years experience in building and remodeling. You can say he’s seen it all, which makes difficult projects and problems a breeze in the field. Andy also brings 30 years of leadership and management to our team, after retiring from being a principal and joining us down this endeavor. He is a huge asset to each project, helping us with the big picture and each building process throughout. Andy is a joy to be around, always bringing a fun attitude and a work ethic like you’ve never seen. Outside of work you can see him enjoying hikes with his wife, playing with his granddaughter, and cheering on the LSU football team.

Now you can relax in this bathroom 🛁😍

This Mid Century Modern bathroom had a full remodel. New free standing tub with floor mounted champagne gold faucet. Hickory cabinet with gold pulls and quartz top. Tiled shower with elongated niche and glass shelving.

Keeping it simple works, you don’t need the whole space figured out for construction. Adding the decorations and decor later can give you time to experience the space and find what fits. We can get that started for you and create a space for your needs.

Composite decking is the future!

There’s multiple brands out there, so don’t be fooled. We use and highly recommend Trex Decking. They offer different pricing and colors all made from recycled materials. These decks are low maintenance, scratch resistant and will not rot. The cost can be high up front, but you end up saving money within 3 years compared to the cost of staining and repairing traditional wood decks.
