Let's talk CHERRYWOOD SMOKED SEA SALT!
& WHISKEY BARREL SMOKED SEA SALT
Doe has been smoking this premium smoked sea salt for 10 years! It's a very meticulous process! Finding virgin Michigan Cherrywood (wood that has not had pesticides on it); splitting the wood; stacking the wood; rotating the wood; choosing the pieces that go into the smokers to make this AMAZING product. That was only the first step - Onto lighting the smokers, keeping them lit and then oh so carefully watching the salt for 40 - 46 hours per batch. It's a process that is definitely tended to with pure love -- from our smokers to your table -- WE DO IT FOR YOU WITH LOVE!!

Our 10 year story continues..... The red lids disappeared during Covid when we were not able to get them anymore - thank you Becky Ullrey for reminding me that is also when we had to offer square spice jars as we couldn't order the round jars in glass. 2020 was definitely a trying year for NSC but now just part of our story. All of you are part of our story and we are GREATFUL -- SO GREATFUL!!
