The skylight does a lot of the heavy lifting here, casting light across the room and creating shadows that shift throughout the day, which means the space never feels exactly the same twice. In the morning it feels crisp and energizing, while in the evening it takes on a moodier and more intimate character.

We spend a lot of time thinking about how a space feels, not just how it looks, and this bathroom feels like an escape from the city even though it sits right here in the heart of Lincoln Park. It is functional, durable, and practical, but more importantly it creates a moment of pause. The best compliment we can receive is when a client tells us they find themselves lingering a little longer in a space we created, and this is exactly the kind of room that invites you to do just that.

Rigatoni pulled up to the office like a shot of espresso on a Monday morning and I swear we needed it. This little guy is pure movement and curiosity with eyes that look like they already know your name and your story. His human kept it classic with the name and it fits him perfectly, a little Italian flair with a whole lot of personality packed into a tiny frame. You do not just meet Rigatoni, you experience him, and just like that our Best Friends of Lincoln Park crew got a little louder, a little brighter, and a whole lot more fun.

This is how a Monday is supposed to start because I locked eyes with a little legend named Peanut from half a block away and knew it was going to be a good day. She walked up with that calm sweet energy and instantly made the moment feel real, and when I learned she was named after a loved one it hit even deeper.

We connected like old friends and when it was time for her to go she was not having it, her humans had to carry her away while she tried to stay right here on the block with me.

Lincoln Park this is your reminder to slow down, tap into the moment, and let the little things set the tone because today is already a good day.

Happy Friday! Roger made his official debut today and it felt like a small win worth celebrating. This charming two year old finally gave us the green light for his photo, and the moment he sat there looking right into the camera, you could feel his personality come through. Named after a tennis legend and raised by parents who clearly love the game, he carries himself with a quiet confidence and a whole lot of sweetness. Fridays are already good, but Roger made this one better, and we are proud to welcome him to the Best Friends of Lincoln Park showcase.
