-Research and acquire decorating examples for inspiration
-Produce sample and mood boards
-Discuss and create layouts of furniture, lighting, and décor pieces
-Select and/or shop for furniture, accessories, fabrics, wall hangings, w
indow treatments, light fixtures, tile, paint, and flooring
-Create color palettes
-Decorate and style rooms with existing pieces and/or new pieces
-Work with contractors, electricians, and other onsite workers in order to complete the project
