The weather this week has definitely kept us on our toes — first the extreme heat, then some pretty heavy rain storms — but that hasn’t stopped the crews from getting the job done.

Over the past few days, several of our teams have been hard at work over at Bond Shopping Center, pushing through the heat and rain to get the property looking great before the holiday weekend.

With over 50 yards of mulch to install, we’re already more than halfway finished and looking forward to wrapping this project up soon. The teams have been doing an awesome job keeping everything moving smoothly despite the conditions.

Here are a few before photos — we’ll post the after photos once everything is completed.

We recently wrapped up a couple of smaller fence projects for some great clients!

For the first project, we removed old wood fencing along with existing chain link fencing and installed new white vinyl fencing to fully close off the rear of the property and give the yard a much cleaner finished look.

On the second project, the client’s existing wood picket fence was leaning and failing due to pressure from the elevated yard behind the fence line. To solve the issue properly, we first built a retaining barrier on the back side using pressure treated 1x6 lumber to hold the soil in place. We then installed new 10-foot 4x4 posts with 4 feet set securely into the ground for added strength and stability before installing a brand new dog-eared wood privacy fence on the front side.

The team did an awesome job on both of these projects and the finished results came out great!

Another successful fence installation completed by our team!

For this project, we installed a beautiful 4-foot pressure-treated shadowbox fence that adds both privacy and curb appeal to the property. Our crew did an excellent job from start to finish, and most importantly, the client was extremely happy with the final result.

I am excited to share a look at a project our team recently completed.

For this job, we were responsible for the removal of all unwanted grass, plants, and overgrowth from the front of the property. This follows the work we performed last year, where we completed 5,000 square feet in the rear of the property. Once the front tear-out was finished, we added fresh topsoil and installed new sod.

Property Pros Landscaping LLC is currently looking for reliable Landscaping Crew Members, including a Lawn Service Crew Lead and laborers, for the upcoming season. We have full-time positions available with compensation based on individual knowledge and performance.

The Crew Lead for the Lawn Service team will be required to meet exceptional customer satisfaction and take pride in their work. Job duties include lawn mowing, trimming, and proper clean-up. You will also be required to maintain equipment, which includes changing and sharpening mower blades, greasing machines, and performing oil changes.

Requirements:

- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (last 4 years)
- Dependable, hardworking, and a good personality
- Ability to pass a criminal screening
- Ability to work outdoors and lift heavy items
- Ability to meet at our office/shop each morning on time (6:45 AM start time)
- Landscaping experience is preferred but not required
