We also refinished the main staircase and railings to match, with fresh white paint on the risers for a clean, classic look.🏡

Fantastic Hardwood Floor Restoration in Old Town Bethesda!!!
Sweet story about this home. 😀
We went in to refinish the main floor and possibly replace old carpet on the second level.
Pleasant surprise, we found old original hardwood underneath the carpet!
The challenging task was to refinish all the wood to come out flawlessly, given that there were 5 different types and colors of wood installed at various times.

We did shavings stain test from each wood and Walla! The finished work was PERFECTION! Absolutely gorgeous!

And of course, we refinished the stair case to perfection 2!
Customer chose stain color ‘Nutmeg’! 😃

Best hardwood in the market, beautiful Canadian 5” wide wood in ‘Gunstock’ for our Poolesville client!

In remodeling this home, our client desired an updated look that still felt timeless and classic.

🏠We removed scratched, old faded wood and replaced with the gorgeous Canadian wood through-out the main floor.

🏠We refinished the main staircase to match, installed straight iron rails, painted stair side trim plates in white, and let the stair shine.

🏠We installed one matching framed floor vent. The customer loved it so much that they decided to install them throughout the house :+)

😀Fun fact: After interior painting and kitchen remodeling, this home was still missing an essential element. Min’s Flooring provided the solution, installing gorgeous floors that completed the space and the rest is history.

Treads and spindles, fresh coat of white paint applied.

Our cousin, who owns the fabulous ‘Kana Sushi’ restaurant serving the freshest and most delicious sushi in Springfield, VA has reached out to us about new flooring for a single family home she and her husband have purchased.

Her lovely new home is nestled in the curtesec that backs to the beautiful national park

It is inspiring to see a young family working together while raising three amazing girls and managing a successful restaurant.

We began by demolishing and ripping out large areas of tiles, combinations of mismatched hardwood, old stairs and basement carpet.

🏡We installed the best hardwood in the market, Canadian Wire-Brushed hardwood 5” wide in ‘Forest White’ color for the main level, upper level hallway and bedrooms.

🏡Matching treads and white risers for the stairs, stained the railings, and installed iron spindle and square posts.

🏡For basement, we installed very cool 20MM LVP in the color ‘Chesapeake Gray”.

🏡We painted the whole house in ‘Alasbaster White’ to make the interior more open and brighter, integrating all the transformations.
