Talk about a transformation! We demoed the whole first floor of this condo. This included removing the entire old kitchen, the raw pine wood on the walls, the fake beam and outdated tile around the fireplace. We demoed the bathroom down to the studs and the flooring. We added custom kitchen cabinets all the way to the ceiling to add much needed storage, a glossy tile backsplash, quartz countertops, wood shelf and a wall sconce to finish off the kitchen. Added stone around the fireplace with a custom wood mantle. Finished off the space with new lvp flooring and paint throughout. The bathroom also got a much needed facelift. A new tub and tile shower walls to the ceiling along with tile on the floor. Added a new vanity with a vessel sink, granite counters and finished it off with a glass shower door!
