Yesterday, I had the absolute privilege of being able to attend Valley Head Public Library’s self sustainability class on making sauerkraut and learned a lot about the benefits that sauerkraut has!

The best part, the class was free and we each got to bring home our own jar of kraut! 🤩

I encourage everyone to reach out or go visit their local library to see what kind of cool things they offer! 📚

Meetups will begin Saturday morning! We meet local to Randolph County throughout the week & in surrounding counties on the weekends. We also will deliver to you (possible fee added). 🚛
